Kame spoke about his character Takano Kyouhei in a drama Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge that will be aired in January 2010 (we know it’s already aired, I supposed the interview took place before the drama is aired) He will be one of the 4 guys who need to transform a girl into a fine lady. She has complex issue being a wallflower who prefers anything that is dark. Kame’s character Kyouhei too has some complex issue.

DBSK Jae Joong debut in J-Drama

This should be old news but I could not contain my excitement when I read that my most fave DBSK guy will work with my fave J-drama “couple” Eita and Ueno Juri. This is definitely a good opportunity for him to learn from great actors like Eita and Ueno Juri! Would be awesome if their characters are in some sort of love triangle 😀

Since this drama is written by the same person, as in with Jae Joong’s Postman to Heaven, I believe the writer should be more or less know what to pen Jae Joong’s character based on his acting capability. Can’t wait………. 😉

Hero Jaejoong of Korean idol group TVXQ will appear in a Japanese television drama, according to a source close to the singer.

The source said in a phone call with Asia Economic Daily on Tuesday that  “it has recently been confirmed that Hero Jaejoong will appear in a drama to air on Fuji TV.”

The pop idol will be starring in the TV series titled “Sunao ni narenakute“, written by popular television writer Kitagawa Eriko.

This will be the second collaboration between the famed writer and singer; they first met last year as writer and actor on telecinema “Postman to Heaven“, which starred Hero Jaejoong and Korean actress Han Hyo-joo.

“Sunao”, a story of friendship between a man and a woman who became acquaintances through Twitter, will star top Japanese actors Eita and Ueno Juri of smash hit TV series “Nodame Cantabile”. Eita is set to play a newbie cameramen while Ueno will portray a temporary high-school teacher.

The series, which premieres in April, will be broadcast every Thursday at 10 p.m.

Hero Jaejoong debuted in 2004 in the five-member boy band TVXQ, one of the most successful K-pop acts in Asia. They reportedly have the largest fanbase in the world and have enjoyed great success in the Japanese music industry in particular.

The band became the first foreign artist to top the Oricon singles charts six times with their 27th single “Share the World/We are!” released last year.

Kame to star in another Nobuta wo Produce!! Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge

Oh my goodness! I’m so excited about Kame’s upcoming drama- Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge!! His character gonna change a weird solitary wallflower gal into a perfect lady! Sounds delicious and I can’t wait till January!… I’m gonna watch this… Hope this is one of the Kame’s better dramas – Nobuta Power!! 😛

Storyline (Wikipedia)
Based on the manga by Hayakawa Tomoko, it is about a girl who confessed her first and only love to a boy but she was called “ugly” by him. This incident sparks a life change, and as a result Sunako shuns all forms of beauty, both in herself as well as in life. Concerned by her change for the worst, Sunako’s aunt – the owner of a beautiful mansion where four very handsome students live, offers the guys free rent in her mansion if they can turn Sunako into a “perfect lady”

While the four of them manage to make Sunako physically beautiful enough to become a lady, the problem lies with her attitude and interests (which Sunako has no intention of changing). Up until the most recent release in the story, they’ve managed to convince Sunako’s aunt that her niece is indeed a lady befitting the mansion in which they live (and prevent the rent from skyrocketing to triple the required amount). However, in reality, Sunako has not changed considerably.
